The Chicago Noise Machine is the partnership of nine local, Chicago-land bands that represent the latest movement in the rock scene here. They put together a few compilations in 2008 and have bigger plans for 2009, including hosting I AM FEST at Congress Theater on June 13th. It is a celebration of all independent creativity, including music, art, photography, film, and lifestyle vendors. 

I AM FEST embodies everything the Second Wave Music wants to promote and therefore we found it necessary to assist in the promotion of I AM FEST. Everyday we will be featuring a different band who is playing I AM FEST, 25 in all, with a free download of the band as well.

Advance tickets are on sale currently for $15; day-of-show tickets will be $20. The event is 17+.
